At Nokomis Yoga in South Minneapolis, we offer yoga classes for every body
Whether you are looking for a beginning yoga class, looking for a meditative style of yoga, or wanting a more movement oriented class, we have a class for you. We are beginner-friendly and offer many great classes for beginners as well as for seasoned practictioners.

Ask your instructor which class might better suit your needs. We have a great variety of classes in many different styles of yoga.
We are located in Minneapolis on the eastern shore of Lake Nokomis in the Shops at Nokomis Beach.
Class prices vary by instructor. See the instructor page. Cash or check preferred. Some instructors will accept credit cards. Pay at the time of your class. Drop ins are welcome to all classes at all times.

NEW CLASS! Hatha Yoga Flow with Sarah Kalweit on Friday mornings begins in June, at 8:30am on Fridays beginning on June 19th.
NEW CLASS! Vin/Yin with Erika Peterson on Sundays at 6:30pm beginning with a FREE class on Sunday, June 7th. No class Sunday, June 21st.
Sunday Morning Kundalini Yoga will follow this schdule for June and July: Class meets on June 14th, June 28, July 12th and July 26th from 9am-10:15am
Inner Sound Meditation on Sundays cancelled through the end of July. Resumes in August
Yoga for Seniors moves to Fridays (10am-11am) beginning Friday, June 5th.
Prenatal Yoga moves to 5:30pm on Thursdays beginning Thursday, June 4th.
