At Nokomis Yoga in South Minneapolis, we offer yoga classes for every body
Whether you are looking for a beginning yoga class, looking for a meditative style of yoga, or wanting a more movement oriented class, we have a class for you. We are beginner-friendly and offer many great classes for beginners as well as for seasoned practictioners.

Ask your instructor which class might better suit your needs. We have a great variety of classes in many different styles of yoga.
We are located in South Minneapolis on the eastern shore of Lake Nokomis in the Shops at Nokomis Beach.
Please pay your instructor at the time of your class. For pricing information, go to the Classes page or the Instructor page as each Instructor charges different pricing. No payments are taken online. Cash, check or credit card- if your instructor accepts credit- you can check the instructor page for that information.

Yoga for Seniors
Yoga for Seniors (on Monday mornings) HAS RESUMED! Join up with fellow seniors (age 60 or over) on Mondays from 9am-10am. Class meets every Monday morning with Melissa Cross. All seniors are welcome!
Svaroopa Yoga (Intro) with Tasha on Friday nights from 6pm - 7:30pm resumes on Friday, Sept. 7th. All Yoga Newbies are welcome!
Martial Arts with Willie Sims
Saturday Martial Arts meets from 5pm-6:30pm. This class is a beginner-friendly, fun workout, with a deeper dive into mixed martial arts driven by Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do training concepts. All are welcome! $10 drop-in rate.
Kickboxing with Willie moves to a new time: Sunday mornings from 9am-10am beginning Sept. 16th. Rise, shine and sweat with a fun, to the point, martial art based cardio workout. All are welcome! $10 drop-in rate.
